AHPRA Registered Psychologist

Helping you navigate life's complexities from the comfort of home.

With over 14 years of experience, I’ve learned that the most effective therapy happens when clinical expertise meets a genuine, collaborative human connection.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with couples, families, and teenagers across various clinical settings. My approach is grounded in the belief that people are not "broken"—rather, we all occasionally find ourselves stuck in patterns or circumstances that exceed our current coping resources.

My Philosophy

I founded Workshop Psychology to move beyond the clinical "sterile" environment. By offering in-home sessions in Melbourne’s Western suburbs, I aim to meet you where you are most comfortable. This practical, real-world setting often allows for more authentic breakthroughs and easier integration of new habits into your daily life.

I am a strong advocate for evidence-based practice. Whether we are working through Relationship Counselling, Family Systems, or Teen Mental Health, I draw from proven frameworks like CBT, Attachment Theory, and Structural Family Therapy to ensure our work is focused on tangible progress.

You can expect a balance of warmth and directness. I am not a passive observer; I am an active participant in your growth. We will identify the "loops" that aren't serving you and replace them with practical tools for communication, emotional regulation, and connection.

Outside of my private practice, I am committed to ongoing professional development and stay active in the psychological community to ensure my clients receive the highest standard of care.

Why "Workshop Psychology?"

A workshop is a place where we go to try new things, to investigate possible solutions and get hands-on. In a workshop, you shape something up, then soon after see how it fits in the environment you built it for - being a home visitin Psychologist, I can help you understand how things are working right where it matters - in your home environment, rather than a clinic. A workshop is also a place of collaboration and learning, where we can come together and share what we know.
